Frederic Lesage, Managing Director of TAQA North
Frederic Lesage was born in Montreal in 1967 and is married to Anne McMaster. He holds a law degree from Université de Montréal since 1990 and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario since 2001. He has practiced law for several years at a leading Canadian law firm, where he specialized in Labour and Employment Law and where one of his main clients was Esso. He has also worked as Senior Consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in operational improvement and cultural integration projects. Frederic joined TAQA in February 2007 as Group Vice-President, Integration & Optimization and moved to Abu Dhabi with his wife. After working closely with the management teams of Northrock, Pioneer, and PrimeWest on the integration of these organizations into TAQA NORTH, Frederic was offered the Managing Director’s role.
